A 26-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a three-year-old boy.
Toddler Riley Siswick was found unresponsive at his home in Smiths Avenue, Marsh, Huddersfield, in February 2016, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Wednesday West Yorkshire Police said that Kyle Campbell, of Heys View in Huddersfield, has been charged with his murder.
Campbell is also accused of causing or allowing the death of a child, and of two counts of actual bodily harm on another child who was aged five at the time.
A woman, Kayleigh Siswick, 26, also of Heys View, has been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child.
They will appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
