A COMMUNITY group raised more than £600 at its second annual charity dinner last week.
Building Bridges in Burnley held the occasion at Aroma Restaurant, Church Street, Burnley.
Rt Rev Peter Hapgood-Strickland conducted the opening prayer and as current chair welcomed everyone to the dinner.
Trustees and directors, former Burnley Councillor Mozaquir Ali and serving Cllr Bea Foster, presented summaries of the successful events held over the past year.
Around £660 was raised from the dinner.
Mr Ali said: "The dinner was a great success with the venue being packed with supporters."
