A FATHER has been laid to rest after he died following an attack in a Bradford Moor street.
Amriz Iqbal, 40, a father-of-three from Wetherby, died in hospital following reports that two men had been struck by a vehicle and assaulted in Sandford Road at 1.10pm on October 3.
His funeral was held on Friday at Scholemoor Cemetery in Necropolis Road, Bradford.
Tony Grant, 38, of Queens Road, Bradford, denied the a charge of murder and attempted murder when he appeared in court on Thursday.
His trial was set for April 1 and is estimated to take at least two weeks.
A 35-year-old male previously arrested has been released under investigation.
