Salim Sabri and Wasim Sabri are to perfrom at a special Qawalli event.
The special Eid celebration will take place at the Grand Venue on Sunday August 26 from 7pm.
Salim Sabri a leading internationally known Sufi Singer and the student of the highly acclaimed and world famous Late Haji Maqbool Ahmed Sabri (Sabri brothers).
He started his singing career at the age of 12. Coming from a musical/Sufi background, the art of Qawwali was inherited by Salim from his maternal uncle who is an established Qawwali singer in India.
Salim said, "It is great to be performing in Blackburn and our aim was to bring communities together at this special time of year.
"It is the first time we are at the Grand Venue and we are looking forward to it."
