Tess Daly was among a host of celebrities who stepped out for an event promoting safe motherhood.
Prime Minister's wife Sarah Brown and singer Annie Lennox were also among the guests at the White Ribbon Alliance's Global Dinner Party Campaign.
The stars posed for photographers as they arrived at the event at Agua, at the Sanderson Hotel, in central London.
The White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood is an international coalition to promote increased public awareness of the need to make pregnancy and childbirth safe for all women and newborns.
It is asking people around the world to wear white and hold a dinner party this month for the 100th year of International Women's Day on March 8.
Alliance ambassador and supermodel Naomi Campbell said: "Together women around the world can really show governments and national leaders that we won't be ignored and that all women in every country deserve access to basic healthcare.
"We can save so many lives by refusing to be ignored. Please play your part to prevent the needless deaths of women and newborns in childbirth."
The white ribbon is dedicated to the memory of all women who have died in pregnancy and childbirth.
