TOP WIN: Canaries walked away with the Seniors cup last year. The trophy which was presented by the brother of the late Suhel Congress.
Applications are open for this annual Charity five-a-side tournament held at the JJB Soccer Dome.
The tournament now it's third year attracts interest from around the region and last year hosted over 90 teams.
It will take place on Sunday 23 March.
It is held in memory of local footballers Irfan Musa and Suhel Congress who tragically lost their lives in a car crash in 2005.
Applications are sought for Seniors, Under 16s, under 14s, Under 12s and under 11s.
Entry fees is £50 for seniors and £30 for all juniors teams. All juniors teams must be accompanied by a manager or parent at all times.

Each team will comprise of five players and three substitutes.
A full fixture list will be provided before the tournament. Your entry will not be confirmed until you have paid.
AGE RULE: Juniors players must be under the specific range as at midnight on the 31 August 2007. For example if you turned 14 before 31 August 2007 you CANNOT to play in the under 14s. If you have turned 14 since that date - YOU CAN PLAY!
