Last season's big spenders and pre-tournament favourites failed to match their ambition off the field and finished rooted to the bottom of the table.
Dogged by internal disputes and poor tactical decisions, the Charges will be hoping to do their talking on the pitch this time around.
They've added more depth to their squad with the additions of West Indian duo Fidel Edwards and Dwayne Smith, though both will not be around for the duration of the tournament.
