Preston's Canaries proved too hot to handle in our annual five-a-side tournament.
In the final against Whalley Range Suleman Hafeji fired his side into a 3 goal lead from which there was no coming back.
Whalley Range had earlier dumped out last year's winners and hot favourites to retain the trophy - Bolton Asians.
That epic energy sapping game was eventually decided on penalties.
On route to the final Canaries overcame Inter FC (Keighley) last year's finalists Rome and Blackburn Road (Bolton), who again went out at the semi-final stage.
The competition included teams from Keighley, Lancaster, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Manchester and across Lancashire.
And it turned out to be another bumper day for clubs from Preston. Of the five different age ranges Preston sides walked away with four of the championship trophies.
