Himesh
Thousands rocked to the beat of Himesh Reshammiya as the world famous singer came to town. Fans at the Bolton Arena were kept waiting (true Indian style!) but when Himesh finally took to the stage the crowd went delirious. Wearing his trademark cap his energetic performance was a far cry from the Bollywood actors concerts that film fans have been used too. Also on the bill were Abhijeet, winner of the talent show Indian Idol, Vineet, a finalist in India's hit music show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2006 and Himani, one of Vineet's fellow contestants.
