A man who got his head stuck in a rubbish bin while trying to recover his hat has been nicknamed “bucket heid”.
William Middleton was cut free by firefighters and pictures of him stuck in the Aberdeen bin have been shared online around the world.
The 53-year-old told the BBC: “I couldn’t get my head out. It was shocking. It was stinking. I’m now known as bucket heid.”
