HalalGuide is aiming to become 'the number one portal for Muslim Lifestyle'.

HalalGuide says it is the only app on the market that has combined Halal food, travel, shopping, business, worship, media and finance into just one app.

Since its inception, HalalGuide’s database has grown to cover halal venues in 120 countries in nine languages, with over 30,353 verified Halal places added so far.

The website has 700,000 unique monthly visitors and 325,000 people have downloaded the app. 

HalalGuide was created after a group of friends who travelled frequently through their jobs struggled to find mosques, prayer times and restaurants in new cities.

It features include a vast database of all halal establishments in your area, such as mosques, shops, restaurants, hotels and clothing stores.

A description and photo is provided of each halal outlet or store, as well as its opening times, menu, whether it has a prayer spot or not, and even whether the business is owned by Muslims. 

There is also GreenBonus loyalty system that allows the user to spend and save at shops the world over as partnerships with businesses allows HalalGuide to offer discounts and promotions.
