Three young Muslim women discuss a different iconic female figure as part of new video series.
The Big Sis Activist! of the series is to challenge stereotypes, recognise identity and provide real-life case studies of women who have been successful, in order to encourage others to follow in their foot-steps.
The young Muslim women are themselves inspiring, each having a huge following on social media.
The fourth film in the series features Tawakkal Karman. Karman is a Yemeni journalist and human rights activist and was the first Arab Muslim woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize.
Created by Stoosh, a platform that encourages all Muslim women in the UK to be confident, unapologetic and have the right to express themselves freely.
The platform hosts discussions about what it means to be young, British and Muslim.
