A teenager has died after being stabbed outside a kebab shop in north west London.

Hussein Ahmed, from Edgware, was knifed outside the Kebabish takeaway on Northolt Road, Harrow, at 5.10pm on Friday, November 18.

The 19-year-old was pronounced dead on Wednesday after his life-support was withdrawn. A post-mortem examination will take place on Thursday.

Police believe Mr Ahmed was attacked by a group of black males aged in their teens or 20s and are appealing for witnesses to help in what they are now treating as a murder investigation.

Four people were arrested on Monday on suspicion of attempted murder and have been released on bail, the Metropolitan Police said.

A 17-year-old man was also injured in the attack. He sustained a "minor laceration" to his abdomen but was later discharged from hospital.
