Three people have denied murdering a music shop owner whose body was found in the boot of his car.
Zatoon Bibi, Gul Nawaz and a teenage boy, who cannot be identified because of his age, will face trial later this week accused of killing Tanveer Iqbal.
Bibi, 37, of Bartley Green, Birmingham; Nawaz, 44, of Roway Lane, Oldbury, West Midlands, and the teenage defendant are accused of murdering Mr Iqbal on January 31 this year.
The victim, who ran a music store in Shireland Road, Smethwick, near Birmingham, was found dead in Edgbaston on February 1.
A jury has been sworn in at Birmingham Crown Court to try the defendants and a teenage girl accused of perverting the course of justice by making a false statement to the police between January 31 and February 17.
The prosecution is expected to open its case on Friday.
