A fifth man has been charged with electoral fraud after a councillor was found guilty of vote rigging.
Four men were also charged with the same offence yesterday after a specially-convened election court last month found former Slough borough councillor Eshaq Khan guilty of vote-rigging in the May 2007 elections.
Khan, since expelled from the Conservative Party, and his associates cast postal votes from made-up people, the court in Slough heard.

Labour's Lydia Simmons lost Slough's Central ward seat, which she had held for 23 years, to Khan.
A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said that Raja Mohammed Eshaq Khan, aged 51, of Oban Court, Montem Lane, Slough, was this afternoon charged with conspiracy to defraud.
Altaf Khan, 30, Arshad Mahmood Raja, 52, Mohammed Basharat Khan, 45, and Yasar Mumtaz, 19, all from Slough, Berkshire, have all been charged with conspiracy to defraud under common law and offences under Section 60 and 62A of the Representation of the People Act 1983.
All five men have been bailed to appear at Maidenhead Magistrates' Court on April 15.
