A world renowned Islamic scholar and speaker is in the UK this week.
Maulana Tariq Jameel is set to speak after Isha (evening) prayers at the Makki Masjid (commonly known as the Markaz) in Blackburn. The event is set to attract hundreds from across the region.
It will be part of wider tour taking in towns and cites across the country.
His latest Facebook post read, "Insha Allah will land today in #UK for a short 10 days trip."
A member of Tablighi Jamaat and a scholar who runs a Madrasa in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
He said to deliver speeches on tolerance and respect and has looked to promote ethnic and sectarian harmony.
