THREE men and a youth were due to appear in court today after £500,000 of heroin and a package containing £50,000 were seized in two raids in Bradford.

Amjid Khan, 38, and Iyaz Khan, 23, both of Greaves Street, West Bowling; Iqib Mehmood, 18, of Lindley Road, Little Horton, and the 17-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, have all been charged with possession to supply class A drugs.

They have also each been charged with possession to supply crack cocaine and possession of criminal property.

The drugs and cash were recovered in two separate raids on properties in Little Horton on Saturday, April 8, said a West Yorkshire Police spokesman.

Ten kilos of heroin was found at one property, while the package containing £50,000 and crack cocaine with an estimated street street value of £4,000 were found at the second.

All four defendants were due to appear before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court today.
