Takeaway worker in court after samosa explodes on customer
A Takeaway worker has appeared in court after a samosa exploded causing burns to the arm of a female customer.
Magistrates heard when the woman’s boyfriend protested and threatened legal action he was assaulted.
Faheem Mohammed, aged 30, of Carr Street, Blackburn, pleading not guilty to assaulting Mark Booth-Mayor causing him actual bodily harm.
