Customers can now enjoy the restaurant's cuisine without leaving their armchair thanks to a novel idea.
The chic Mayur's Indian restaurant has joined forces with Merseyside's new delivery service Waiter 2 U to ensure hungry fans get their Mayur fix.
Merseyside residents just need to contact Waiter 2 U to place their order and their hot dishes will be delivered to their door.
Arif Mashood, manager and co-owner of Mayur, said: "Providing a take-away service has been part of our plan for a while, especially as we have a high number of our customers asking if it's available.
"Delivering to the customer's door means we can offer that extra bit of quality service to the diner who wants to enjoy fine Indian cuisine in the comfort of their own home.
"Customers can check out our menu at www.mayurrestaurant.co.uk
Mayur is one of six city centre restaurants to have already signed up to the Waiter 2 U service which was launched two months ago by young entrepreneurs, Zack Mohamed and Kelly Chapman.

Residents looking for a takeaway can visit www.waiter2u.co.uk and peruse the menus of six restaurants before placing their order through the delivery service either online or by phone.
"We saw similar delivery services set up in Florida and also in the UK, in Brighton, and realised it would work extremely well in Liverpool," said Zack Mohamed.
"It's perfect for busy professionals, parties and for families and friends who have already settled down for a night in front of the television and don't want to leave the comfort of their sofa!"
Suhail Ahmed, co-owner of Mayur, added: "As soon as we met Zack and Kelly we knew we wanted to work with them. The delivery service is a great idea and definitely meets our standards and customer demand."
