The new Bukhara restaurant and wedding Hall in Cheetham Hill, Manchester has now fully opened.

The restaurant is based at the former Safron Restaurant spot and has been fully renovated. The building was before then, among other things, most famous as being the the Old Town Hall.

Bukhara Manchester and Bukhara Banqueting initially launched in the summer and boasts a 600 capacity banqueting suite and a 200 seater restaurant. Renovation took around nine months.

The restaurant has stayed true to its no alcohol policy, and has also introduced a dedicated prayer area for men and women.

This is the third restaurant to open under the Bukhara brand.

The Samlesbury site opened to much acclaim in 2004 and this was followed by Rumi by Bukhara in Liverpool in 2014.

Farouk from Bukhara Manchester said, “We are thrilled and excited to have opened our third restaurant here in Manchester.

“We have had a great response from the local community and look forward in creating the very best dining experience for our guests.”

Although the restaurant serves from an a la carte menu, there are also some in additions in the form of burgers and steaks.

It also serves Gelato ice cream, as well as mocktails.
