A takeaway which was closed for six months has re-opened with customers queuing round the block.
The Charcoal Cuisine, which is only one of two takeaways in Blackburn offering genuine Kobeda kebabs, was back open following a blaze which gutted part of the building in June.
At the time of the fire crews cordoned off part of Johnston Street.
Manager of Charcoal Cuisine Asif Patel told us:“I would like to thank everyone for their support over the past few months. We are glad to be back open doing what we do best.”
Over the first few weekends of opening the takeaway / restaurant saw a huge rush of customers.
At one stage the takeaway had to stop taking orders to keep up with the demand.
