A LAW firm which has gone on to become one of the prominent legal practices in the region, began five years ago with the three partners working from home in a single back room.

Guests attended the AMT Lawyers anniversary dinner at the British Muslim Heritage Centre and heard how the company faced stiff challenges in their infancy but now employs thirty staff in both Blackburn and Manchester.

The event at the stunning Grade 2 listed building in Manchester was attended by guests from across the region.

AMT Lawyers was established by Asjad Hussain, Rizwan Nawid and Imran Mahmood.

Senior Partner, Asjad told the audience, “It is fantastic to see so many people here to celebrate our anniversary as it is the fifth year.

“This milestone is a great achievement for us and demonstrates our commitment to delivering exceptional services on behalf of our clients.

“Any Legal Practice will tell you that the legal profession has experienced many changes in the recent past. In the face of these challenges, it is imperative for AMT Lawyers to be adaptable, innovative, to exude real value and to make sure that the brand of AMT Lawyers stands for something meaningful.

“Following significant investment, our expansion to our new Manchester offices has allowed us to expand our client portfolio. We are determined to keep up the momentum achieved as we have set out a further strategy of expansion for the firm.

“We are confident we will accomplish our objectives with the best people to deliver them. Our staff are the pillar of our organisation.

“From the onset we realised that humility and modesty are absolutely crucial to our success at AMT Lawyers. This is why sponsorships play a key role in our growth as a firm. Giving back to the community and helping the local youth is as important to us as providing a legal service.”

Speakers included Sheikh Fadhlur Rahman and Barrister Mohammed Nawaz. There was an opening prayer by Qari Hafiz Javed Akhtar and a performance by celebrated nasheed artist Naseem Khan.
