A police car parked on a double yellow line in Bolton town centre has been issued with a parking ticket.
The car was spotted on Coronation Street outside the NCP Octagon Theatre Car Park on Thursday afternoon.
Half of the vehicle was parked in a bay, but its front half was parked on a double yellow line.
A penalty charge notice was slapped on its windscreen for the parking offence.
A spokesman for Bolton Council said the penalty charge notice had not been issued by NSL, the company which monitors car parking on behalf of the authority in Bolton town centre.
