Thieves ransacked an Asian fashion store stealing thousands of pounds of dresses.

CCTV shows thieves entering the Hoor Al-Ayn By Yasmin fashion boutique, on Limbrick (bottom of Shear Brow), Blackburn on Wednesday morning (June 6) at around 4am.

The family owned business only opened in March and had prepared bespoke outfits for the upcoming Eid festival.

Altaf Taju said, “My wife Yasmin is very upset. We are only a small shop and new business and opened a few months ago.

“We make bespoke outfits for weddings and special occasions.

“They have cleared the majoríty of the shop out and that includes the dresses we had made for customers for Eid.

“We don’t know what we can tell our customers with Eid only nine days away.”

Over 50 dresses were taken as well as sample fabrics and valuables. The two men broke through the back door and damaged shelving.

Altaf said, “The outfits we make are made to order and are unlike those found in other stores.”

The family have released images of some of the outfits (below and in gallery above) taken in the hope that if anyone is offered them they will contact the police.
