ODD NEWS: Woman fakes affair to get a divorce
An Arab woman faked an affair in a desperate bid to get a divorce.
According to AL Bayan newspaper, the woman sent her husband a WhatsApp claiming she was in the midst of an affair and that she wanted to marry another man after her husband divorced her.
After filing for divorce, the husband soon discovered that his wife had lied to him about the affair.
The woman, who was charged with “beautifying sin” by Sharjah Court, had the charges against her dropped.
