A Pakistani doctor has shared the horrific story of a wedding night rape case which led to the death of a 19-year-old bride.
Dr Fatima Sheerin took to Twitter to share the horrific case in a bid to encourage parents to talk to their children about sex.
One of my patients died of excess bleeding which was apparently due to really severe Post-coital tears. Because the cuts were grave & didn’t seem like PCTs, we convinced her father to approve autopsy.

Turns out her husband was a psychopath who fucked her with IRON BARS.

Dr Sheerin added that the young bride may have been too intimidated by her husband to speak up.
I don’t know why but she didn’t speak one word. I guess she was scared of her husband. That girl was only 19, a child, it is easy to intimidate kids and get away with it.

The family only knew that intercourse had given her tears & brought her to hosp in hemorrhagic shock
The bride had been married to her first cousin.
Dr Sheerin said the matter did not become a court case as ‘her dad was already thinking of pardoning him because they were related.’
