A Hajj pilgrim aged 104-years-old is the oldest of the pilgrims this year.
Baiq Mariah has arrived in Jeddah from Indonesia.
Mohammed Hery Saripudin, consul general of the Indonesian Consulate in Jeddah, told Arab News that Mariah is in good health and will be able to perform her Hajj rituals.
An official from Indonesia's Religious Affairs Ministry added, “We have given her special attention and assistance. Some of our officials also departed to assist her.”
