Police are appealing for information after one of the oldest community organisations in the North West was vandalised.
Three windows of the Kashmiri Association, based on Whalley Range, Blackburn were smashed in an incident believed to have happened between Wednesday August 9 and Thursday August 10.
The incident is being treated as a potential hate crime.
Police said enquiries are on-going and anyone with information can call 101 quoting incident reference 587.
