A delivery driver who found a wallet containing £220 in cash and bank cards returned it  to the owner.

The man who is a delivery driver for Bare Grillz Fast Food, Chell Heath Road, in Stoke-on-Trent is seen filming himself outside the house of the man who reveals he may have left  the wallet on top of his car when he was filling up at a petrol station.

The delivery driver named as Peshraw Garmiany says in the video,  "I found a wallet with £220.

"As a Muslim we feel this is forbidden for me. I have to return back to the owner."

He finds the home address on the drivers license.

When he knocks on the door having taken a quick look at the license he asks for the man's wife before being told that the license  and wallet belong to a man!

The initial embarrassment though is overlooked as the owner of the wallet is immensely overjoyed that someone has found his money and bank cards and then actually travelled to his home to return it  to him.

The man who is visibly relieved that his wallet was found says, "Was it on the road? I must have left it on my car when I was at the petrol station.

"Thank you so much. You are such a good person, you are such a kind person. There is no-one like you in the world."

The deliver driver responds, "This is what my religion teaches me.

"I am so glad I made you happy.

"Today, people look at the Muslim very badly. I think there are good Muslims and fake Muslims. The fake Muslim  are like Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

"If the fake Muslims had found that money I am sure they would not have given it back to you.

"But the good Muslim will look for the owner of that wallet."

The owner of the wallet poignantly said, "You have changed my life. I will remember this moment for the rest of my life."

Peshraw later posted on Facebook, "I know it is not such a big thing I did. Some people who do not  know Muslims  are blaming Muslims. I would  like to say  Muslim religion  is free from this type of attacks."

He  added, "Thank you for your comments. And sorry if my English is not good because my English is my second language."
