These are just some of the fantastic cakes created by bakers which have to help raise funds for charity.
The Bake4Syria initiative launched back in 2013 in Newcastle has raised thousands for good causes.
In Preston, Shifa Patel and volunteers have collected more than £17,000 surpassing the £14,000 they raised in Ramadan 2016.
Bake4Syria is a charitable initiative held in Ramadan where cakes and desserts are auctioned via Facebook and Instagram daily.
Shifa said, “This has been an exciting and great event bringing communities together and people from all backgrounds.
“Thank you to all of our volunteers who pickup and deliver our cakes. Thanks to the bakers who go out of their way to bake cakes each day for us to auction!
Organisers would also like to thank their sponsors: SPM hire, Sana Zinga, ADK security and Musa Food Group .
She said, “We work is One Ummah based in Middlesbrough and they have a 100% donation policy.
“We are proud to say we are one of an absolute minority of charities which do this, which means every penny donated goes straight to the cause.
“The charities costs are covered through sponsorship and gift aid.
“One Ummah have been providing Iftar in Syria everyday in Ramadan and are building homes for the Syrians.”
Each year Bake4Syria raises between 40-50k. Since it has started, it has generated over £200,000.
Bake4Syria also takes place in Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Derby, Glasgow, East London and even in Canada.
