B&Q have contributed sky light windows for less than half price towards renovations at a mosque.
Naseem Khan alerted boss Graeme McNelly after an announcement was made after Jumma prayers for donations to revamp the Jamia Masjid based on Pringle Street, Blackburn.
The Masjid was bought by late Pir Qibla Alam Muhammad Aslam sahib Naqshbandira. Since his passing in 1999 the roof has never been renovated.
As well as assistance from B&Q, kind hearted contractor Imran from Right Choice also agreed to carry out the work for half-price. The work is near to completion.
