POLICE say they have identified a person responsible for a recent hate incident at a Sikh temple in Barkerend.
They were called after a Guru Granth Sahib Ji, a Sikh holy book, had been thrown over the locked gates around 10.15pm on Friday, August 12. A hate crime was recorded.
Chief Superintendent Simon Atkin and Detective Chief Inspector Gary Hooks from Bradford Police met with the Sikh community at the Guru Gobind Singh Gurdwara on last Friday and informed them that someone had been identified in relation to the attack.
