Following the heinous terrorist attack in Nice, many have taken to Twitter to express their sentiments.
These, however, have included a backlash against moderate Muslims, calling for them to be more vociferous in their condemnation of the attack in Nice.
Sorry moderate Muslims but you need to all go kill each other in the Middle East. Time to go back! #FightForWesternCivilization

Don't see any protest on the streets from moderate Muslims condemning the atrocities of there minority religious murderers..

A petition and protest has begun from "moderate" Muslims against this atrocity. They consist of a blank piece of paper and an empty street.

Where are all the "moderate" Muslims protesting against Islamic terrorism?
— Warren C Wainscott (@warrenwarmachi1) July 15, 2016
I don't see any at all!
Is it because they know it's Islam?
#NiceAttack It's not xenophobia! It's common sense. Anywhere the muslims show up terrorism happens. It's not a religion it's a death cult

It's damaging for any Muslim community to come out looking like a victim and say Islam is a religion of peace. Because facts. #Niceattack

Where the hell is the outrage from leaders in the Muslim world?
— Joe Walsh (@WalshFreedom) July 15, 2016
This is their cancer. They must fight it. They must kill it.
Despite the damning tone of the tweets, many Muslims have tweeted to share their solidarity with the people of France.
As European Muslim we are appalled & saddened at #NiceAttack. We stand in solidarity with the people of France. We must unite to defeat Hate
