A MAN was taken to hospital with neck and spinal injuries after the car he was driving crashed in to parked cars and landed on its side.
The incident happened in St James Road, Blackburn, at around 5pm yesterday and involved a Toyota Avensis.

Police and paramedics attended the scene and the 50-year-old driver of the Toyota, who is from Blackburn, was taken to hospital with injuries described by police as 'non life-threatening'.
Nobody else was injured in the crash. No arrests have been made.
A partial road closure was put in place for around two hours whilst the man was treated, accident investigation work was carried out and the vehicles were recovered.
