A conference highlighting Islamophobia and discrimination will take place in Manchester later this week.
The event to take place at the Sheridan Suite will be attended by key Muslims, entrepreneurs and leading professionals highlighting the need for Manchester’s Muslims to partake in the upcoming elections as a means of addressing major discrimination and attacks faced by the city’s Muslims.
MEND CEO Sufyan Ismail said, ‘This is a ground-breaking event addressing critical challenges facing British Muslims today with a key focus on active political participation as the best means of tackling radicalization’ It takes place from 2.00pm – 5.30pm on Friday 3rd April.
