Smart Legal was honoured with the The Sunday Times and The Times small Conveyancer of the Year Award 2014 at a ceremony in London.

Over 650 estate agents, mortgage advisors and conveyancers attended the glittering ceremony where the winners of the most highly regarded awards in the property industry were revealed.

Awards were presented by Michelle Mone OBE, one of the UK's most successful female entrepreneurs Award winners were decided by a panel of 19 industry experts using a rigorous and thorough judging process. They conducted an extensive review of entrants including over 150 hours of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises.

The judging process was overseen by Christopher Hamer, The Property Ombudsman, and Mark Hayward, Managing Director of the NAEA.

The panel could see that they manage to achieve this goal with aplomb.”
