Victims of India 2008 terror attacks remembered
India has remembered the victims of the 2008 terror attack in Mumbai.
The attack by Pakistani gunmen in India's financial capital on Nov. 26, 2008 killed 166 people and shattered relations between the nuclear-armed neighbors.
