The family of Nottingham man Baljeev Johal who went missing in October have appealed again for any information on his whereabouts.

Warwickshire Police say 24-year-old Baljeev was last seen with his family on Saturday 4th October at a wedding party at the Sports Connexion on Leamington Road in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire.

He was reported missing in the early hours of Sunday morning (5th October).

It is thought Baljeev left the venue on foot. Baljeev’s sister, Haneet, has spoken of her brother and appealed for anyone with any information as to his whereabouts to contact police.

‘As a family we are extremely concerned for his safety, this is completely out of character for him and we need to know if he is OK.’ ‘It is difficult to carry on with normal daily life and we are all struggling with the knowledge he is out there without knowing if he is safe.’ ‘I want to speak directly to my brother and ask him to call me. If he could just call me and tell me he is alright.

‘We were all looking forward to a lovely family Christmas and we all hope and pray that by then he will be back at home with us.’ Baljeev, who is from the Bramcote area of Nottingham, is described as Asian and around 6ft 3ins tall. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a slim white shirt with a black jacket and black trousers.

Detective Inspector Jason Downes, who is leading the investigation, said: ‘Our search to find Baljeev continues and we are very concerned for his welfare. We urge anyone who may have been in Ryton-on-Dunsmore on the night he went missing or has seen anyone matching his description to get in contact.’ Please contact Warwickshire Police by calling 101 and quoting incident number 16 of 5th October.
