Protest against attacks on Gaza

AN EMERGENCY protest is being held in Manchester over Israel's recent attacks on Palestinians.

It's at 5pm tomorrow in Piccadilly Gardens in the city centre and has been organised by Stop The War Coalition, Action Palestine and Palestine Solidarity Campaign.

The latest Israeli assaults on Gaza have killed 115 Palestinians, including 63 on Saturday alone, and 350 wounded.

A third of those killed were babies and children.

Protests are also being held in other cities across the UK.
