Women from all cultures and backgrounds turned out a World Mental Health Day at Longsight Library.
The aim was to raise awareness of health issues facing the community by inviting service providers such as the 'Reaching Out Initiative'.
Manchester based Bangladeshi women's group Ananna organised the event to allow women to share information on nutrition and beauty as well raise awareness of problems such drugs and alcohol.
The Reaching Out initiative were at hand to provide information to get the community thinking about the dangers of drugs in the community.
