The Kerala Ayurveda Centre is hosting an open day at Blackburn Central Library next week.
The centre is based on the corner of Balaclava Street and offers a range of traditional Ayurveda treatments.
The theme of the event is to explain one can enjoy their day from 'sunrise to sunset' and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Sarju Raikundalia from the centre said, "These and many other questions will be answered in terms of Ayurveda advising us to create everyday “little rites” to be done from morning to evening.
"If we think our body is sacred then take action and preserve your health and your senses.
"As simple as they are rejuvenative, the routine observance of these procedures enhaces the senses, maintains the clarity, freshness, invigoration and creates joy in our lives."
The open day takes place on Tuesday, 24 November 2015 from 6.30pm.
