But in just two years her shoes are worn by celebrities worldwide.
Appealing to the inner-princess of her clients, the range of over forty timeless designs of Aruna Seth shoes, includes Swarovski embellished evening shoes, chic ballerina pumps and elaborate après ski boots.
Handmade in Northern Italy six at a time, each design is embellished with diamante, taffeta frills or ornate bows to truly spoil.
Aruna Seth is all about luxury, producing the best materials in small quantities and offering clients a special buying experience.
Aruna’s father is well established in the footwear industry and has been for the last 40 years and is a self-made man and built up a multi-million pound footwear company.
Guru Seth rode the fitness boom of the 1980’s, with the worlds sporting elite wearing the Ascot pro-white trainer and using Ascot squash rackets.
Geoff’s footwear empire is internationally renowned, with offices in China, Russia, India and Italy The Asian designer studied at London School of fashion, her background, combined with my passion for shoes (a personal collection is over 150 pairs) and a love of culture has all contributed to the Aruna Seth brand Adding an instant lick of glamour to any outfit, the brand has earned a devout following among the celebrity set, with Paris Hilton, Katherine Jenkins, Carrie Underwood, Geri Halliwell and Amanda Holden among those vying for Aruna’s elegant designs.
A guest spot in the TV series Gossip Girl, thanks to costume designer Sex & The City stylist Eric Daman, will no doubt entice even more followers The aim is to build a luxury brand of shoes that stands the test of time like Chanel and for ladies to be wearing my shoes in 30 years time Aruna Seth feels we are offering something different, our shoes offer more of a ‘wow’ factor over Jimmy Choo, and with Christian Louboutin our shoes are more height friendly, we love the red high heels but they're uncomfortable and the shoes have a special leather cushioned padding to offer cashmere like comfort for your feet.
