Dear Massi, I’m 23 and I started working part time in order to finance myself at university.

I saw this girl at work and have I found her to be extremely beautiful. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it!) I get to see her a lot because she works very close to me.

As the days pass, I found her more and more alluring and found new things about her which I found incredibly appealing.

Many a time I’ve vowed to break into a conversation when I bump into her or when she walks past.

Not really a believer in love but since I noticed her I've tried to get as much hours at work as possible cherishing every glimpse.

But I feel like conceding defeat to the fact that I just don’t have it in me.

This whole scenario has gone on for months!

I’ve been told by our common friend that she wants me to approach her, which i just cant, and I cant even get over her: I’m considering quitting work but I cant bring myself to do that either.

This situation has been ongoing for seven months and it seems as though you are really attracted to this girl and that the feelings are reciprocated, well now is the time to act.
