Dear Massi, I've recently had my Nikah done. I thought he was the one; he's not the guy I thought he was.
Before I got married I was aware my best friend was in love with me.
I miss my best friend and feel as though I made a huge mistake.
I can't stop thinking about my best friend and wish I was with him.
I am so confused please help. N Massi says, You need to look at why the man you married is not who you thought he was.
If you met him before and agreed to the marriage you must have liked him something about him. Whether you have married the wrong man and whether you are in love with your best friend are two separate things.
Sort out one before you deal with the other. If you are sure the ma riage was the wrong step then you need to do something about it.
Talk it over with someone you trust (not your best friend as he is too involved in this already).
Then you can decide if you want to be with your best friend. You don't want to use your friend as an excuse to end the marriage only to find you don't want to be with him.
