Bisqoot

Why on earth did I ever feel ashamed of the word ‘Tickut’? And why should one still feel laugh when we hear someone say it?

The point is. Don’t be. Back in the day we all spoke like that. And I for one wish to speak like that again. And those who think otherwise can go to hell.

Nowadays, if you hear anyone even mention the word ‘taylat’ one sniggers as if you have become some lower class.

Well, all I can say is I like the word ‘taylut’ and if I want to say ‘soofaa set’ I will say it out loud and say it proud.

You are my prend he says in a loud voice. Yes you are. ‘I luv you baby and I want to take you to the samoodar …I know a shaartcutt.’ There is nothing finer than hearing that amazing words…Beedeo Pheelum. ‘Bhai saab Tunay Pheelum dekhee hai Tum Bin?’ (Have you seen the film Tum Bin?’).

Simple sentences will always sound nicer. ‘My femlee….and I are going to the Ristoorant in my murceedes.’ Oh the sheer eloquence of it all. The wonderful way the words just roll off the tongue.

There is no need to hold back anymore people for we have been told for far too many years that is was un-cool to speak in this way. I say forget about whether it makes you look illiterate – just say what you feel.

Car makes were my speciality…Tayata, capree, Audee, dutsun..it went on.

Where better than to go that amazing places called…Krinton, Hunslo, Soth all and mreekah?

‘When you go out can you buy me some tamatars, crips and bisqoot’. And are we going to Asda’s or Tesco’s? Where did the ‘S’ come from at the end of those?

And my favourite word ever was used just last week when I picked-up a brother from the airport…He said… ‘Pukstan’. You beauty!
