Dear Massi, I'm so embarrassed.  I sent a intimate text message to my brother-in-law by mistake.

It was meant to go to my boyfriend who also has the same name.

I took a picture of me topless with my hand strategically covered.

My brother-in-law is really religious-he doesn't even allow music in his house or photos.

I can't even pretend someone hacked my phone or anything because you can see my face in the picture.

I don't know what to do.

My brother-in-law and sister haven't been over to my parents house since that picture was sent. I don't know if that's a coincidence.

I don't know what to do, shall I tell my sister?

Massi Says, Sending a text message to the wrong person is not unheard of.

However, in your case, sending a compromising photo can be far more embarrassing.

As neither your brother-in-law nor sister have mentioned anything, perhaps leave the issue alone.

As embarrassed as you may feel, it is your phone, and your choice to take pictures of any nature on it.

Your brother-in-law's religious views should not affect how you use your personal mobile phone.

However, to avoid a future episode, change the name of your brother-in-law or your boyfriend in your contact list to something that is more easy to decipher as they share the same name.
