ELIZABETH MONK Rest in peace mum, you will always be in our hearts. Ken, Susan and Carole would like to convey their sincerest gratitude to all relatives, friends and neighbours, for their kind messages of sympathy. Many thanks also for donations received for the benefit of The Stroke Association. Special thanks for the help and guidance given by Alty's Funeral Directors in Blackburn and, also, to Rev. David Roscoe, for conducting such a beautiful service. Finally, our sincere appreciation must go to Blackpool emergency services.
