JOHN (JACK) LIGHTBOWN Peacefully on Monday 28th November 2016, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Jack aged 77 years. The much loved husband of the late Ann, a devoted dad of Duncan, Shaun, Adrian and Jason, a cherished father-in-law of Janet, Shiree, Pamela and Lisa, a devoted grandad to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and also a dear brother and brother-in-law. Jack will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Peters Church, Mill Hill on Friday 9th December 2016 at 12.15pm prior to a burial at Pleasington Cemetery. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Jack to Derian House Children's Hospice c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
