CATHERINE ANN (CATHY) TATE (nee ISHERWOOD) Peacefully on Saturday, 22/11/2014, surrounded by her loving family at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Catherine aged 48 years. The beloved wife of Ian, a wonderful mother of Hannah, Megan and Samuel, loving daughter of Peter and Georgina, a very special sister of Neal, Paul, Gail and Louise, a dear daughter in law of the late Ian and Mary (Win), and also a dear aunty and sister in law and a good friend to many. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Wednesday, 3rd December 2014 at 11.30am. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if desired donations may be made in memory of Catherine to the British Lung Foundation c/o The Alty Funeral Service.
