PATRICIA CONLON On Sunday 28th September 2014, peacefully at her home after a very long illness, Pat aged 67 years, beloved wife of Paul. Cherished mum of Annette, dear mother-in-law of Pete, devoted grandma of Morgan, loving sister of Joan, Valerie and John. The funeral service and cremation will take place on Wednesday 8th October 2014 at Pleasington Crematorium at 12.15pm.
